A 24-year-old man has been charged with the death of another man during a fight over a baseball cap at a Family Values tour stop in Atlanta. Michael Scott Axley was arrested Monday in connection with the death of Andy Richardson, 30.

Axley is accused of delivering the deadly punch during a July 30 fight between Richardson, Axley and others at the HiFi Buys Amphitheater during the Deftones' performance. Richardson died a few days later at an Atlanta hospital.

Earlier in the evening, Axley and others tumbled down a hill, crashing into Richardson and his friends and there was a brief scuffle, according to Bernice Averil, who was among those with Richardson.

Later, Axley's group returned and one of them snatched Richardson's cap. Axley is accused of punching Richardson in the face as he jumped to grab his cap. Richardson's head hit the concrete, causing catastrophic injuries.
