August 20: Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Liam Payne of One Direction attend the world premiere of their new movie 'One Direction - This Is Us' in London, England.

British pop juggernaut One Direction announced on Friday they'll release "Midnight Memories," their third album in two years, on Nov. 25 via Syco/Columbia. The album will include the group's latest hit, "Best Song Ever," which bestowed the boy band with its best Billboard Hot 100 position to date by blasting to a No. 2 debut.

The new album will be available for pre-order on Monday, Sept. 9. The title was announced by the band with a short video on Instagram.

Since forming in 2010, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson have debuted two albums atop the Billboard 200: "Up All Night" (released in the UK in late-2011 and in the US in March 2012) and "Take Me Home," in November 2012.

The group nearly scored a No. 1 at the U.S. box office over Labor Day weekend, with the Morgan Spurlock-directed "One Direction: This Is Us" earning $18 million to "The Butler"'s $20 million.

In early 2014, 1D will launch a "Where We Are" stadium tour in South America before heading to the UK and Ireland.
