The Cure, Foo Fighters Top Leeds & Reading Festival Lineups

Billboard Bits: Lady Gaga, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Greg Dulli and More

The Cure, Foo Fighters and Kasabian will top the Reading and Leeds festivals this year, UK promoter Festival Republic announced on Monday.

The twin three-day, seven-stage festivals, set for August 24-26, will also include performances by the Black Keys, Paramore, Florence + The Machines and the Shins, among others.

The rock-centric festivals will also see sets from a handful of electronic and hip-hop acts, with Justice, Odd Future and rap newcomer Azealia Banks joining the dual bills.

The lineups are split between homegrown talent and acts from abroad, with U.S. act Foster the People and Swedish duo Miike Snow staking out room on the NME/BBC Radio 1 stage -- as are reunited rockers At the Drive-In, who will add the dates to a festival schedule currently including both weekends of Coachella, Spain's Benicassim and Japan's Fuji Rock Festival.

More bands are expected to be announced in the coming weeks, with tickets on sale today, March 12.
