Justin Bieber to Address 'Rumors' on New Album
As anticipation grows for Justin Bieber's sophomore album, the teen superstar has been dropping hints about "Believe," which he says will "address the past and rumors."
The young star tweeted today (April 3), "Here (at the studio) making music addressing the past and the rumors, clearing it all up in the music. I'm putting it all out there on this album."
While Bieber's career hasn't necessarily been squeaky clean -- he does have a knack for pranking -- he's also been the target of many rumors. The only major gossip that's befallen the 18-year-old Canadian was at the end of last year, when a 20-year-old woman claimed that Bieber was the father of her 3-month-old baby boy.
Other possible "rumors" that Bieber could be addressing range from his and girlfriend Selena Gomez's marriage plans to the conspiracy theorized reasons for cutting his iconic hair.
Bieber's forthcoming album "Believe" is expected to drop this summer. The LP's first single, "Boyfriend," was released on March 26 and is in competition with fun.'s "We Are Young" to top the Hot 100 this week.
