Brick Squad rapper Waka Flocka Flame is the latest celebrity to disrobe for a print ad by PETA. In the shot, Waka flexes a muscle and shows off his tattoos while the slogan "Ink, Not Mink" runs next to him. Selena Gomez Debuts New Song 'Who Says'

Selena Gomez stopped by Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning to debut new track "Who Says," which will hit iTunes on Monday (Mar. 14). The pop singer alluded to her new relationship with Justin Bieber and the rabid backlash from Beliebers as the reason for the new release: "Twitter and Facebook are really negative for me," she said. In a new U.K.-produced documentary titled "Lily Allen: Riches to Rags," the British pop singer opens up about her struggle with bulimia that led to an incredible weight loss. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's trio of Jack Russell terriers may have some trouble adjusting the couple's new family additions when the singer gives birth to twins later this year, according to "The Jack Russell Terrier" author Catherine Romaine Brown. Garbage Finishing Up New Album

Shirley Manson, lead singer of alt-rock group Garbage, has hinted in a Facebook note that the band may be finishing up their follow-up to 2005's "Bleed Like Me." "Back in the studio as of yesterday with the boys... We are getting up a nice head of steam as we really start to hone in and select tracks for the final collection...
