Jill Scott Aiming for First No. 1 Album on Billboard 200

R&B singer Jill Scott looks like she's on the verge of earning her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart as her just-released "The Light of the Sun" is headed for the top next week.

Industry sources suggest the set could sell as many as 125,000 copies by week's end on Sunday, June 26. The artist, who was formerly with Hidden Beach Records, has notched five previous entries, going as high as No. 3 with 2004's "Beautifully Human: Words and Sounds Vol. 2." "The Light of the Sun" is her first on her own imprint, Blues Babe -- through Warner Bros.

Also aiming for high debuts on the Billboard 200 next week are Bon Iver's self-titled set (with maybe 80,000) and country singer Justin Moore's "Outlaws Like Me" (perhaps 60,000).
