June 12: Kanye West shares with the Design Miami/ Basel audience parts of its unreleased new album Yeezus during a listening session at Design Miami/ Basel in Basel, Switzerland.

Kanye West will not be prosecuted for attempted robbery stemming from a recent altercation with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport, TMZ is reporting.

The incident is currently under investigation by the LAPD detectives, but law enforcement sources tell the site that West will not be charged with the felony because there is no concrete evidence that proves he attempted to steal the camera from the photographer.

Based on this information, the attempted robbery file will be transferred to the L.A. City Attorney, where West's case will be evaluated for misdemeanor criminal battery prosecution.

The official charges have yet to be determined, but no matter the result, West will most likely cooperate if his case can be resolved with a civil compromise, which involves a settlement.
