Its been written by Justin Monjo and Dave Warner.

Brad Lyons, Seven’s director of network production said: “We’ve secured a sensational group of actors to tell the story of three brothers and their best mates who took the world by storm. Seven can’t wait to share this incredible part of Australian rock history with our audience.”

Screen Australia is backing biopic, "Michael," from producer Sue Murray and writer- director Richard Lowenstein. Lowenstein directed many of INXS’s seminal music videos.

"Two Worlds Colliding," meanwhile, based on the book, "Just A Man – The Real Michael Hutchence" by the singer’s sister, Tina, and his mother Patricia Glassop is being developed by writer-producer Bobby Galinsky.
