2003 - Superstar DJ Paul Oakenfold takes the stage in Shanghai despite the threat of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) that forced the cancellation of every other major musical even in China and Hong Kong in over a month. He is the first major international artist to play in China and Hong Kong the onset of SARS.
2002 - Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan returns to his roots when he is inducted into the Hall of Honor at his old high school. Bryan is a 1980 graduate of John P. Stevens High School in Edison, N.J.
