DJ Snake brought the hits and high-octane pyrotechnics to one of the fourth annual Billboard Hot 100 Festival's best crowds of the weekend on Sunday (Aug. 19).

Less than one month after gracing Billboard's magazine cover, the French turntablist and producer -- born William Grigahcine -- wasted no time in whipping his audience into a frenzy with hard-hitting main stage dance favorites, including remixes of Knife Party's "Internet Friends" and Childish Gambino's "This is America."

"All you motherfuckers raise your hands right now," Snake yelled to his compliant crowd.

However it was Grigahcine's own hits that met with the most fervent fan reaction. The audience erupted in cheers as Snake dropped his Lil Jon-assisted breakthrough hit, "Turn Down for What," and masterfully transitioned into his Skrillex collab, "Sahara," amid fireworks and screams.

Snake's MC Aaron Musicaro helped hype the crowd during "Get Low," entreating onlookers to erupt as fireworks subsumed the terraced stage production. Grigahcine's ubiquitous hit with Major Lazer and Mø, "Lean On," brought the amphitheater to their feet, while the Paris native took to the mic to once again request that all in attendance hold their hands high.

Snake finished strong with a series of crowd-pleasing hits, trading the dancing flames of "Propaganda" for towering music video clips of "Magenta Riddim." By the time his Justin Bieber-assisted solo radio smash "Let Me Love You" came on, he had the horde of fans in the palm of his hands.
