Billboard Hot 100 Fest: 5 Funniest Things Seen and Heard on Day Two
The second and final day of the Billboard Hot 100 music festival in Long Island saw everything from Camila Cabello's first solo festival performance to Asahd Khaled having the packed amphitheater chant his name.
Some of the best and funniest moments though largely happened offstage or went unnoticed. Here are the five funniest moments from day two.
4:02 pm -- As the brother hip-hop duo Ayo & Teo were having their photo taken backstage, their dance crew of friends (who all had matching "friendship" tattoos down their necks) occupied themselves by teaching a young fan the basics of breakdancing.
5:04 pm -- Pop artist and trumpeter Spencer Ludwig directly addressed all 12 fans in the crowd for his set. He knew his slot conflicted with DJ Khaled's and made light of the situation by asking, "DJ Khaled who?!"
5:26 pm -- DJ Khaled was running nearly 30 min late for his set (he hopped out of the car and walked straight to the stage). The only indication that his set was about to start though was when Asahd Khaled rolled up to the stage -- literally, since he was being pushed in his stroller. Security then kindly carried the stroller up the few stairs to bring social media's most iconic baby backstage.
6:34 pm -- Forget a tour bus or motorcade, Marshmello rather opted for a cop car as his vehicle of choice to show up in.
7:31 pm -- Halfway through Lil Yachty's set, he exclaimed with a touch of confusion, "Somebody threw a tampon up here, that's wild."
