Taylor Swift Cries Tears of Joy Over Kendrick Lamar's Grammy Wins

Kendrick Lamar has won two Grammys -- Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance -- for his single, "i," during the 2015 57th Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 8. He won both awards before the televised portion of the awards.

Taylor Swift -- on of Lamar's biggest fans -- took to Twitter to express her excitement over his wins:

Taylor Swift has expressed her love for Lamar's music a few times, including posting an Instagram video of herself singing along to his song, "Backseat Freestyle," and telling Rolling Stone that his music changes her mood from feeling "victimized" to "awesome."

"I really wish that I was best friends with Kendrick Lamar, and I'm not, and it makes me sad daily," Swift shared.

Lamar turned around and freestyled over Swift's 1989 hit, "Shake It Off," and shared his appreciation towards her: "I appreciate Taylor Swift for supporting not only my music but just the hip-hop culture."
