Beck Thanks Capitol Records for Grammy Wins With Waffle Breakfast

After coming away from The Grammys last weekend with both Best Rock Album and Album of the Year honors for Morning Phase, Beck is thanking the Capitol Records staff with a waffle breakfast Friday morning.

Grammys 2015: Beck's Win Is a Win for Adult Alternative Radio, Too

In a message distributed to the label employees, Beck and Silva Artist Management wrote, "Dictionary.com defines WAFFLE as 'to speak or write equivocally' …but it is with NO equivocation that we say THANK YOU for everyone's hard work in helping 'Morning Phase' to win not only the Grammy for 'Best Rock Album' but also for the 'ALBUM OF THE YEAR.'  It was a great night and it's a victory that we all share.

"As a means of keeping the celebration going just a little bit longer, we're sending over our friends from the Waffles De Liege food truck tomorrow morning."

Beck Has the Lowest-Selling Grammy Album of the Year Since 2008

Morning Phase is Beck's first album with Capitol, following previous releases with Interscope, Geffen and DGC -- all of which are owned by Universal Music Group.
