Shawn Mendes, Zedd & Camila Cabello To Perform at 2018 American Music Awards

Mendes will team up with Zedd for a performance of their "Lost In Japan" remix.

The 2018 American Music Awards keep getting more star-studded every day. Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are the latest superstars to join the performers roster for this year's show, which broadcast live on Oct. 9 on ABC.

Though the two pop singers have a song together -- 2015's "I Know What You Did Last Summer" -- Cabello and Mendes will be performing separately on the AMAs. Both will be performing tracks from their respective Billboard 200-topping albums from earlier this year.

But Mendes' performance will still involve collaboration, as Zedd will join the "Stitches" singer on stage. The hit-making producer just released a wavy remix of Mendes' funky track "Lost In Japan" last week, and the AMAs appearance will mark the remix's live debut.

Shawn, Zedd and Camila join previously announced 2018 AMAs performers Dua Lipa, Carrie Underwood, Mariah Carey and Taylor Swift, who will open this year's show. Along with Zedd and Mendes, the broadcast will feature several other highly anticipated team-ups, including a performance from benny blanco, Halsey and Khalid; Cardi B with Bad Bunny and J Balvin; Ciara and Missy Elliott; and Post Malone featuring Ty Dolla $ign. What's more, Panic! At The Disco will pay homage to Queen with a performance of "Bohemian Rhapsody," and there will also be a special tribute to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin.

The 2018 American Music Awards will broadcast live from Los Angeles at 8 p.m. ET on Oct. 9.
