T. Mills Talks Teaming Up With Dr. Luke, Travis Barker for New Album

While touring this year, T. Mills managed to dip into the studio to record his upcoming album.

On his sophomore album, due in "the beginning of 2015," the rapper/singer teamed up with Dr. Luke and one of his "childhood heroes," Travis Barker.

"I got to work with Dr. Luke on the album which has been one of my dreams since I started making music. He did five-six songs on the record," Mills told Billboard while on the red carpet at the 2014 AMAs on Sunday, Nov. 23.

"It's so cool to have someone like Dr. Luke in my corner, and a part of the team, and just have his expertise," he continued. "He's kind of executive producing the whole thing."

Dr. Luke Moves to Dismiss Part of Kesha Lawsuit

Mills isn’t focused on the recent sexual assault allegations against Dr. Luke by Kesha. He believes all they should focus on is to “make the best album we can.”

"Luke is one of the most amazing dudes I've met. We're focused on the music. We want to make the best album we can for 2015 and I think that's all we should focus on."
