Mary J. Blige Performs 'Therapy' at 2014 AMAs
Mary J. Blige entranced the audience at the 2014 AMAs with a powerful performance of "Therapy."
The legendary singer, in an all black ensemble, lead her performance of the The London Sessions single with her vocal prowess.
"It touched my heart because it's a topic that people don't like to talk about. I thought it would be nice to let people know, 'It's OK, you're not the only one,'" MJB told Billboard about "Therapy."
"I did it for myself," Blige she said of The London Sessions, slated to drop on Nov. 24 in the U.K. and Dec. 2 in the U.S. "Just to do something completely different that liberates me and that gets people listening. I'm just trying to get my art out there and be respected for that."
