Adam Lambert Goes Wild in 'If I Had You'

Adam Lambert

Adam Lambert's "If I Had You" video, which premiered today on Vh1, takes the late-night wilderness party motif of Jennifer Lopez's classic "Waiting for Tonight" clip and adds more lasers, guyliner, thrashy dance moves, silver top hats and outrageously spiky shoulder pads.

The Bryan Barber-directed video was inspired by Lambert's self-proclaimed "psychedelic" experience at the Burning Man festival, which he's previously referred to as the, er, trip that made him want to try out for "American Idol." Good thing he did, or else we wouldn't have glammed-out videos like this one to look forward to every few months.
