Keys -- who recently confirmed that she is pregnant and engaged to producer Swizz Beatz -- toppled over onstage while singing "Love is Blind," although unlike her performance at last week's BET Awards, she wasn't doing any dangerous moves atop a grand piano.

Luckily, Keys immediately got right back up and kept performing, proving that she really is "Unbreakable." The singer's fans needn't worry, as the Huffington Post reports that she was unharmed, and there's no danger of a repeat incident either -- according to E!, this was one of Keys' last performances before she embarks on "unofficial maternity leave."
