Neil Young Stands Tall in 'Hitchhiker' Video

Neil Young has offered another preview of his forthcoming "Le Noise" album with the black-and-white music video for "Hitchhiker," which was released today (Sept. 17). Standing alone in a tiny recording room, the veteran rocker towers above the camera as a video of an ever-changing sky looms over him from the ceiling.

"I tried to leave my past behind, but it's catching up with me," Young sings while letting loose on his electric guitar. Young released a clip for "Le Noise" cut "Angry World," which also featured the singer-songwriter performing alone in an eery setting, earlier this week.

"Le Noise," a collaboration with producer Daniel Lanois, is due out Sept. 28 on Reprise Records. Young is also set to reunite with surviving Buffalo Springfield members Stephen Stills and Richie Furay at his annual Bridge School Benefit on Oct. 23-24.
