Just days after being released from New York's Rikers Island, Lil Wayne is allegedly set to go back after a Missouri grandmother of an eight-year-old filed paternity papers against him.

A judge ordered Wayne to submit to a paternity test at Rikers by Sept. 20. Since Weezy was an inmate at Rikers at the time the parternity test was ordered, it was scheduled there -- and still appears to be taking place there even though he's since been released, according to court documents. However, the deadline was pushed back to Dec. 9th.
