Lil Wayne's '6'7,' First Single Off 'Tha Carter IV,' Premieres

NOV. 6: After spending 8 months behind bars at Rikers Island jail, Lil Wayne joined Young Money protégé Drake at the Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas for a performance of "Miss Me."

As promised, Lil Wayne's "6'7" song, featuring Cory Guz, premiered today (Dec. 14) on the Funkmaster Flex website. "6'7," produced by Bangladesh, is the first single from Wayne's highly-anticipated "Tha Carter IV" album, scheduled for a Feb. 2011 release.

"It's a monster, it's a beast. Hopefully it shows people where I'm at lyrically," Weezy told fill-in hosts DJ Drama and marketing guru Karen Civil during a radio interview this morning on Shade 45 -- his first post-jail on-air chat.

Lil Wayne will also be performing alongside Nicki Minaj this Thursday (Dec. 16) for the Carson Daly New Years Eve special as well as taping an SNL show with Eminem this weekend.
