Watch New Yorkers Stuck on a Train for Two Hours Pass the Time by Singing Drake & The Weeknd
Anyone who takes public transportation regularly knows that sometimes, despite your best efforts, you end up stuck. Such was the situation of passengers on a rush-hour E train in New York on Wednesday, who were stuck underground for two hours before the train started moving.
How did they cope with the highly undesirable situation? By turning it into a party, of course. By chance, passengers in one car had both speakers and extra batteries for their phones, which fueled a hip-hop-centric sing-along. From Drake's "Hotline Bling" to Fetty Wap's "My Way" to The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face," the staunchly upbeat passengers brought all the latest hits -- even changing some of the lyrics to suit their thwarted commute.
Watch the video below -- see, even when New York is bad, it isn't actually that bad.
