?According to a report from PEOPLE, the rapper's lawyers allege he paid his landlord $200,000 in September 2014 as part of an agreement to purchase the $8 million property he had been renting. They have filed a suit against the landlord for breech of contract, saying that he has not followed through on his agreement to sign the house over to Tyga.

Meanwhile, the property's landlord has filed his own separate suit, alleging that that Tyga owes him $70,000 in back rent.
