50 Cent & Ja Rule Beef Reignited by Drake & Meek Mill Feud
Ja Rule and 50 Cent, two rappers whose beef lasted for years, had some advice for Drake and Meek Mill after Drake attempted to shut down the younger rappers' ongoing spat with a diss-filled performance at last night's OVO Fest (Aug. 3).
Ja Rule took to Twitter to "joke" about how the beef wouldn't be real until things came to blows, eventually recanting and saying that he wanted them to "keep it on wax":
If y'all wanna compare #meekvsdrake to 50vsRule I'm gonna need one of these niggas to get stabbed or shot!!! ...— Ja Rule (@Ruleyork) August 4, 2015
All jokes aside I don't wanna see those guys get hurt I like both of them keep it on wax but stop comparing it to other beefs...— Ja Rule (@Ruleyork) August 4, 2015
Now that's funny... https://t.co/ufKveiRM8f— Ja Rule (@Ruleyork) August 4, 2015
50 chose Instagram as his medium, telling Meek that he needed to "go hard or go home" and "drop something tonight:"
Things continued this morning when 50 called out Ja over what seems to be a Power 105.1 interview from last summer, where the former Murder Inc. rapper discussed a passage in his memoir, Unruly: The Highs and Lows of Becoming a Man, claiming he beat 50 Cent with a baseball bat. Is there more beef cooking? Ja Rule and Meek Mill's social media accounts are silent on the subject so far...
