Kendrick Lamar is taking his next music video to great heights.

The To Pimp A Butterfly rapper wowed onlookers in Downtown Los Angeles Thursday, May 28, when he performed his own stunts and sang on top of a street light at the intersection of Fig and 11th, according to LAist.

Lamar was suspended by wires attached to a suspension rig as he swayed back and forth on the traffic light. MTV News reported that the singer was filming for his "Alright" track video, directed by Colin Tilley.

Traffic continued as camera crews filmed Lamar rapping atop the intersection.
