The Atlanta Police Department arrested Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, a suspect in the April 26 shooting of Lil Wayne's tour bus, on Thursday on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity, TMZ first reported.

Winfrey, TMZ reports, is Young Thug's road manager and allegedly a member of the Bloods -- a wrinkle in the story that indicates the shooting may be tied to the rappers' ongoing feud. Police say the incident was an effort to gain status as a Blood by "committing a high profile shooting of a rival rap artist." No one was injured in the shooting, which took place following a club appearance by Lil Wayne in Atlanta.
