In 2010, before social media became this inescapable appendage of everyday life, Chris Brown was baited by troll god Raz-B. The former B2K member tweeted, "I'm just sittin' here thinking how can n----s like [Eric Benet] and [Chris Brown] disrespect women as intelligent as Halle Berry, Rihanna."
At the time, Raz B had endured unimaginable slander due to molestation allegations made against his former band manager, Chris Stokes. Using the headlines, Brown wasted no time taking direct shots at the singer.
"N---- you want attention! Grow up n----!!! Di-- in da booty ass lil boy," he tweeted. "I was minding my damn business and Peter pan decides to pop off!!!... I’m not homophobic! He’s just disrespectful!!!"
Chris' final words on the subject? "LOVE ALL MY SUPPORTERS and people who know my heart. HOMOPHOBE? c'mon, find a better tactic. that's pure ignorance and stupidity. i love everyone."
Meek Mill traded a few subtweets with Chris Brown at the very beginning of #RihannaGate. "U took me off ya song because she let me watch the throne," the Philly emcee tweeted. "Dese chicks belong to the game….not u! Never get confused and think that’s all u!"
A social media hellion, Brown quickly replied, "She’s a dream chaser! There are alot of dreamers so she'll be running forever!"
Drake couldn't resist a piece of the action, too. "Oh that's your ho? That's our ho too. Lol." (It's important to note that both Drake and Chris Brown dated Rihanna after this online pissing contest.)
Like most of Chris Brown's most thin-skinned moments, his ongoing feud with Drake started over a woman: Rihanna. Back in June 2012, when W.i.P. was NYC’s go to nightclub, bottles were tossed between the rival crews over a note that allegedly read "I'm f---ing the love of your life." (Brown was chin-clipped in the crossfire.)
In the years since, the two have insisted they've moved on ("I'm not thinking about that man, or that girl," Drake said in an interview), even going as far as to publicly squash their beef with an Instagram photo and a comedic skit with Blake Griffin at the 2014 ESPY Awards.
However, the bromance was very short-lived.
During a sit-down with Hot 97 early 2015 -- alongside frequent collaborator and one of Drake's enemies, Tyga -- Breezy reignited the feud with a few choice words about Drake: "We're not getting no check from talking about dude. We're giving him all this pub. We're us. I can't keep making these motherf--kers famous. I'm responsible for reviving a lot of careers."
Drake responded by swapping "Energy" lyrics from "I got rap n----s that I gotta act like I like" to "I got R&B n----s that I gotta act like I like" during his Auckland, New Zealand set. OVO Hush even got in on the action.
These two artists show no signs of actually burying the hatchet. But like Drake said, "maybe in 10 years we'll laugh about it over drinks."
Before Chris Brown's feud with Drake, his R&Beef with Frank Ocean had e-observers eating popcorn. Stemming from a backhanded compliment posted in June 2012 to Twitter that likened the Nostalgia, Ultra artist to a "young James Fauntleroy or Kevin Cossum," Brown and Ocean's beef allegedly came to blows... over a parking space.
According to the LA Times, back in January 2013, Brown parked in Ocean's assigned space at Westlake Studio in West Hollywood. When Ocean refused Brown's handshake in the lobby, Ocean was allegedly jumped by Brown and "a couple guys." Reports claim a flurry of anti-gay slurs were thrown around along with the punches, as well as a death threat made by Brown.
The heated exchange eventually died down.
In November 2012, Chris Brown ended his Thanksgiving holiday in a shit-storm. And while several of Brown's beefs are ridiculous, this particular e-match with writer/comedienne Jenny Johnson was disgustingly misogynistic and inappropriate.
Brown tweeted: "I look old as fuck! I'm only 23 …" to which Johnson responded with "I know! Being a worthless piece of shit can really age a person."
The tirade that followed was hard to read and digest, but Johnson took each jab with Floyd Mayweather resilience.
"Take them teeth out when u Sucking my dick HOE," Brown typed. "I should fart while ur giving me top. mom says hello... She told me not to shart in ur mouth, wanted me to shit right on the retina, ....#pinkeye."
Later he added: "If u can take a d–ck, u can take a joke."
Brown's vulgar rant ended on a positive note: he deleted his Twitter account (for a while).
Adrienne Bailon and Tamar Braxton
What happens when you speak of Karrueche Tran on-air? Chris Brown attacks.
During a 2014 episode of The Real about staying out of other people's relationships, the hosts chimed in about Brown and then-girlfriend Karrueche's on-and-off-again relationship. "You don't think that some of her friends also reap the benefits of her dating Chris Brown?" Bailon said. "They want to be a part of that circle."
True to form, Brown headed to Instagram for a sassy rant: "'BRING THAT ASS HERE BOY' ADRIENNE BAILON.... You ole trout mouth ass bitch. U tried it. Won't u the same bitch that was f---ing wit married men? U also was keeping up with the Kardashians! U can't talk about relationship goals when u don't even have life goals. Ain't you a cheetah girl? Last time u was important n----s was riding spinners and wearing 6x talk Ts. You the same bitch having threesomes like the rest of these hoes."
He later sparred with Tamar Braxton, who was defending Bailon, for her mild opinion on the matter. "It's always the people wit no career that talk all the s---. Dat plastic surgery f---ed yo face up. Bitch look like she always saying 'huh'? Muppet face ass! #basicbitchproblems."
Per usual, the posts were later deleted and replaced with Karrueche's rebuttal about having a voice, not wanting to be judged and not being able to control her boyfriend who "has no chill."
Since Karrueche backpedaled her way out of her relationship with Chris Brown following the announcement of his 1-year-old daughter, Royalty, he's been following her every move on social media to ensure she's not letting the "thot form from anger."
But when Tyson Beckford's posted a photo with Breezy's ex to Instagram days ago, Brown's usual rage unnecessarily erupted.
"Keep playing I’ma f--- ya baby momma and then whoop you child like he mine," he reportedly tweeted then deleted.
Beckford and Brown traded "never scared" sentiments across the weekend until Brown apologized Tuesday morning (May 26). "I'm light skin! I'm always in my feelings! No drama! People are really starting to make this shit an issue. I can be a real one and say that I was wrong for even pressing an issue. I can be a man about it."
