Nicki Minaj gave a performance at a 13-year-old's bar mitzvah party this past weekend that might have even given her boss Lil Wayne's daughter's Sweet 16 party a run for its money.

The event was in honor of New York taxi cab medallion mogul Andrew Murstein's son, Matt Murstein, and had Minaj on hand for a seven-song set, as well as a speech and photo session meet-and-greet.

She took photos with almost all of the 150 kids in attendance Saturday night at The Pierre Hotel in Manhattan's Upper East Side, according to Business Insider

The party's get list was pretty stacked beyond Minaj, Business Insider reports. Also in attendance were Hank Aaron, former New York Knick John Starks, pro lacrosse star Paul Rabil, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, former US Senator and Governor Lowell Weicker and Republic Records Monte Lipman chairman and CEO

It's estimated booking Minaj for a performance would have cost from $200,000 to $300,000, or more.

"Get an education. Stay in school. And don't be a slouch or a bum. And ladies, never let a man have to take care of you. Do you understand me? Be your own woman. Be your own person. Do you understand me?" said Minaj, addressing the crowd.
