T.I.'s Daughter's Group, OMG Girlz, Breaks Up
The group announced the news Thursday on Twitter, stating, "At this time, we've decided to not move forward as a group but to move forward individually with our own projects."
The Atlanta-based group formed in 2009 as a quartet ages 11-13, with name as an acronym for Officially Miss Guided. They first performed for a wide audience on an episode of BET's Tiny and Toya reality television series and later appeared on the 2012 series T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle.
As well as T.I.'s step daughter Zonnique Pullins, OMG Girlz's original lineup included Lil Wayne's daughter Reginae Carter. They had two charting tracks with "Gucci This (Gucci That)" and "Where The Boys At?" on the R&B/Hip-Hip Songs and Airplay charts.
