Exclusive: Chicago's Goodbye Tomorrow Premieres '100K'

Chicago's Goodbye Tomorrow emerged out of nowhere earlier in 2015 with a debut single "Jay Z" and little context, except for the song's edgy video. Now, the mysterious MC/group is back with a second track, "100K," a gritty, rapid-fire ode to the hustle. Listen to "100K" below:

Of the song, Goodbye Tomorrow says, "They always say time changes things, but you have to change them yourself. Forget the ideologies and definitions that separate us, and embrace the dreams that bring us together." According to the lyrics Goodbye Tomorrow is trying to "get it like Dre." Given the combination of memorable refrains ("Right now, right now") and sultry beats, that may not be such a farfetched goal.

For curious fans, Goodbye Tomorrow's website is a Windows 95 throwback worth exploring (though it doesn't give much more insight into the anonymous rapper). Both "100K" and "Jay Z" are available on iTunes.
