Metta World Peace Is Losing Sleep Over Nicki Minaj's Rhymes

The thought of Nicki Minaj was keeping former NBA player Metta World Peace up late Christmas night.

The controversial forward born Ron Artest posted to Twitter at nearly 2 o'clock (EST) Friday morning saying he couldn't sleep because of a line presumably from Minaj's "Trini Dem Girls" that drops his name. 

 

The Pinkprint song opens with Minaj rapping, "He in love with a ghetto girl, he said he want a piece like Metta World."

It's not the first time World Peace has been mentioned in a song, as HipHopDX points out, as Artest his name has been dropped by Pharrell, Rick Ross and Meek Mill as well.
