Kanye West’s "Yeezus Tour" is heading Down Under.

Promoters Live Nation today announced a national May trek that would put the rapper into arenas in each of Australia’s five big cities.

The tour will start May 2 at Perth Arena, then visit Adelaide Entertainment Centre on May 4, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on May 6, Brisbane Entertainment Centre on May 9 and finish at Sydney’s Qantas Credit Union Arena (formerly the Sydney Entertainment Centre) on May 10. The general ticket onsale starts Feb. 24 (earlier with Live Nation and Ticketek exclusive pre-sales).

Kanye West's 'The College Dropout' at 10: Classic Track-by-Track Review

Kanye last played to Australian audiences on the early 2012 Big Day Out tour, and as a headliner at the Splendour in the Grass festival six months before that. It’ll be his first solo headlining tour of these parts since 2008.

Pusha T, who is signed to West’s label Good Music, will make his Australian debut as a support act on the “Yeezus” shows.

Kanye’s sixth studio album “Yeezus” made it to No. 1 in Australia last June, but it did so with a fair amount of drama. The album was promoted from 2-1 after charts-compiler ARIA admitted a “data error” had rendered the initial sales chart inaccurate, and the chart was republished.

The global "Yeezus" tour kicked off last October with a bunch of North American dates, presented by AEG Live.
