It's Sevyn Streeter's time. The singer-songwriter has penned hits for others and has been a part of two girl groups, but now, she's standing on her own.

On her upcoming EP,  "Call Me Crazy, But…," out December 3, Sevyn is exploring the motions of a relationship, covering her own experiences or those of close friends. "It talks abut the cycle of a relationship: the ups, the downs, the goods, the bad, the ugly, the fights, the makeups. If not they're my own, they're my friends. I call it 'Taylor Swift-ing that Ho' cause I write about what I do," she jokes.

Sevyn Streeter isn't taking any breaks. As she preps for the release of her EP, she's also been working on Chris Brown's "X" album and her 2014 self-titled debut. "The album, called 'Sevyn' as of now, is going to be a continuation of the EP. But I'd love to have more features. I'm on a label [Atlantic] with a lot of dope artists: Wiz Khalifa, B.o.B, Bruno Mars. Hey, guys, I'm the girl on the label – let's work together!"
