Fresh off their "Run the Jewels" collaboration this past summer, El-P and Killer Mike will release the album's sequel next year, per a tweet from the former.

Late Friday night, El-P tweeted nothing but the words "RTJ2 2014," referencing his last project with the Atlanta rapper. Together, the duo goes by Run the Jewels -- slightly similar to Kanye West and Jay Z's Throne collaboration.

That's not all that's going on for the duo. According to Consequence of Sound, El-P and Killer Mike will release a European vinyl edition of the first Run the Jewels record featuring new songs and remixes. There's no set release date yet, though it's expected to arrive sometime this month.

"Run the Jewels" dropped last June to critical acclaim. Meanwhile, the rappers' individual efforts have found success as well. Killer Mike's 2003 record "Monster" peaked at No. 10 on the Billboard 200, while El-P hit No. 61 with last year's "Cancer 4 Cure."
