Tyler, The Creator Pays $8,000 in Vandalism Case
Close to two months after his arrest for suspicion of vandalism, Tyler, the Creator has given Hollywood's Roxy Theatre an expensive apology. Tyler has began to make amends by paying the venue approximately $8,000 for damages, according to TMZ.
On Dec. 22, the Odd Future front man was arrested for destroying "an electronic soundboard belonging to the Roxy," according to a press release from the West Hollywood Sheriffy's Station. Check out the fan-captured footage below:
Tyler is scheduled to meet with a hearing officer for the District Attorney who TMZ says "will recommend the rapper [to] also pay for the investigation costs incurred." If he agrees, Tyler, the Creator may be able to avoid all criminal charges.
Odd Future are notorious for their on-stage reckless behaivor. Back in October, Odd Future's Left Brain reportedly struck a photographer after a performance at Voodoo Experience in New Orleans. The photographer later filed a report against the rapper.
