Just days after "Indicud" (Republic Records) leaked on the 'net, Kid Cudi decided to move the release date of his album up to April 16. The album was originally set for April 23.

Kid Cudi’s third solo studio album follows 2010’s “Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager” which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. The album is also collaborative-heavy with features by Kendrick Lamar, King Chip, A$AP Rocky, and even Michael Bolton.

He recently announced his departure from Kayne West’s imprint, G.O.O.D. Music. "Me and Kanye were talking on the phone the other day. These have been things I wanted to talk to him about, about me wanting to start my own direction," Cudi told L.A.'s Power 106. "He got it because he’s trying to start his new path, and trying new things as an artist. He was just like ‘Man, I feel you. It’s cool. Whatever."
