The VS Angels weren’t the only ones showing off their exposed extremities. Swift tossed her demure country image wearing a Union Jack flag print mini dress paired with matching heels and a miniature top hat. Models strutting out in Nicholas Kirkwood heels towered over Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz and his fellow band mates as they continued their set singing “The Phoenix."
"I liked the whole production," said Wentz to Billboard of his time at the event and making the models groove. "There is such good vibes there. Backstage it was rad to see some of the girls dancing. The overall production is like being on a different planet."
Next up was Ian Axel of indie-pop band, A Great Big World who slowed things down by performing “Say Something” as models sporting “Shipwrecked” inspired lingerie hit the catwalk.
“Victoria's Secret contacted us and asked us to sing that song specifically as they felt it would be a very special moment in the show,” Ian told Billboard. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be here.” The fun continued for Axel with some mischievous backstage activity. “We loved hanging out with everyone backstage. We tried to steal a pair of wings. But they didn’t fit.”
British girl group Neon Jungle performed “Trouble” for the flirty Pink Network segment of the VS show. "I love that Neon Jungle performed during the Pink section”, Pink knitwear designer Lindsay Degen told Billboard. “They brought a fun energetic vibe which complimented my designs perfectly."
Taylor closed the show showing off her legs in another sultry mini dress drenched in rhinestones. As she held hands and strutted next to the "snow angels," Swift earned her own VS halo performing “I Knew You Were Trouble.” Paramore singer Hayley Williams seems to agree with us. She tweeted the following:
