Cher and Miley Cyrus

Check out who is rocking killer threads and who needs to put their stylist on (permanent?) timeout this week.

Best: Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus has been rocking killer threads lately, so it’s no shock that the singer landed on our best dressed list this week. Miley stunned in blue while strutting to the Sirius XM Studios in New York City on June 27, to promote her new single “We Can’t Stop.”

The singer turned heads clad in an Emilio Pucci Spring 2013 look, complete with a long-sleeved blue crop top stitched with tiger-embroidery and a matching skirt with fastened buttons along her hips. She accessorized her street-chic look with red nail polish and a pair of white Celine heels. Simple and elegant!

Worst: Cher

We absolutely love and appreciate Cher for her show-stopping style.  No one can rock a feathered headdress like she can. However the gladiator goth look she sported at the Grand Opening of "Q" by Brandon Voss at Marquee in NYC on June 27 landed her on our worst dressed list.

The raven-haired singer rocked a gold head plate and an amour like metallic chest accessory complete with shimmering shoulder pads. She added a punk edge to the regal look with torn fishnet sleeves, an unflattering black leather skirt and bicker boots. Perhaps we’re just feeling a bit nostalgic today, but whatever happened to the singer’s glitzy second skin jumpsuits? We miss those iconic creations.
