Korn have been forced to move around some of the dates on their summer tour after singer Jonathan Davis tested positive for COVID-19. "We really appreciate your patience as we work out the next steps for our tour," the band wrote in an Instagram post featuring the new dates.
"On Saturday, we received the unfortunate news that Jonathan tested positive for Covid, and needless to say, we had to postpone the show last minute. As a result of his positive test, we also need to reschedule the next handful of shows. As always, our primary goal is to ensure the safety of everyone involved, so this is something that has to be done."
The good news is that they reported that Davis "spirits are high" and that he's currently resting and recovering. As a result, six dates were rescheduled for September and October and a pair had to be cancelled outright: an August 24 show at Darien Lake Amphitheater in Darien, New York and another gig the next night at the St. Joseph's Health Amphitheater in Syracuse, New York.
