Green Day is whipping fans into shape with its latest music video.

On Saturday (Feb. 20), the rock band premiered their new song "Here Comes the Shock" as part of the National Hockey League's outdoor games in Lake Tahoe. The accompanying video features "Punk Rock Aerobics" co-founder Hilken Mancini taking viewers through an exercise punk-inspired routine filled with moves like the skank, Iggy's punch, air guitar, the circle jog and more.

"We got the numbers/ Gonna rumble in the street/ We're screaming bloody murder/ We're gonna take it to the grave," Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong belts out on the fast-paced song.

"Here Comes the Shock" was originally scheduled to debut on Saturday afternoon during the match-up between the Colorado Avalanche and Las Vegas Golden Knights, but poor ice conditions caused by sunny weather forced the postponement of the game and the song's release, Rolling Stone reports, noting that the track dropped after midnight ET.

"Here Comes the Shock" marks Green Day's first new music release since last year's album, Father of All... Armstrong also kept busy during quarantine by releasing the covers album, No Fun Mondays, in late November. The set featured songs by John Lennon, Billy Bragg, Adam Schlesinger, Wreckless Eric and others.

While Green Day waits for the summer launch of their delayed Hella Mega Tour with Fall Out Boy and Weezer, the Bay Area group has kept busy with other sports appearances, including rocking out during the 10th annual NFL Honors before Super Bowl LV in early February.
