Rest Easy, Because Tool's Hitting Arenas For the 'Fear Inoculum' Tour: See the Dates

Tool will celebrate the long-awaited release of their Fear Inoculum album this fall with a North American tour slated to kick off on Oc. 13 at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California. With their first album in 13 years out on Friday (Aug. 30), the prog rockers announced that tickets for the outing will go on sale on Sept. 6 at 10:00 a.m., with a limited number available to Tool Army members on Sept. 4; information on tickets can be found here. 

Current plans call for the band to be on the road for six weeks before closing out the first run on Nov. 25 in Washington, D.C. Fear Inoculum is the band's first album of new material since 2006's 10,000 Days.

In advance of the album's release, Tool debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100 chart dated Aug. 17 to become the top musical act in the U.S. for the first time, landing five albums on the Billboard 200 and scoring their second career Billboard Hot 100 entry.
