Mick Jagger isn't letting his recent medical treatment slow him down.

The 75-year-old Rolling Stones frontman tweeted a video of himself Saturday (May 18) "rocking out news tunes" in the rehearsal studio. Jagger recently underwent heart surgery, forcing the band to postpone their No Filter tour, which was expected to launch April 20 in Miami.

Earlier in the week, Jagger shared a clip of himself doing some of his signature vigorous dance routines in front of a mirror in the studio.

The rocker doesn't seem phased by his recent surgery, as the Stones have announced rescheduled tour dates. The trek will start June 21 at Chicago's Soldier Field and wrap Aug. 31 in Miami.
