Eric Clapton performs on the Great Oak Stage at Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time Hyde Park at Hyde Park on July 8, 2018 in London, England.

Eric Clapton will be warming up for his Crossroads Guitar Festival with a limited run of tour dates on the West Coast in the fall of 2019.

Before the fifth iteration of the event, which will take place at Dallas' American Airlines Center Sept. 20-21, Clapton will headline three shows in San Francisco (Sept. 11), Las Vegas (Sept. 13) and Phoenix (Sept. 14).

The Crossroads Guitar Festival has assembled a superlative group of ax-slingers, with 2019's roster boasting Gary Clark, Jr., Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Billy Gibbons, James Bay and more. (Clapton is the only artist set to play both nights of Crossroads, whereas every other player is split between Friday and Saturday's slate of performances.)

Proceeds from the two-day event benefit Clapton's Crossroads Centre, his facility for chemically-dependent persons focused on treatment and education in Antigua.
