Wallows are premiering the lyric video for their new song “Sidelines” on Friday (March 8), exclusively on Billboard.

In the clip, the indie rock trio hangs around a sun-drenched mini-golf course as the song’s lyrics are cut and pasted onscreen in handwritten scrawl.

“I see you loving on the sidelines/ I think about it at the wrong times/ I see you loving on the sidelines (I don’t wanna know)/ Who you’ll be taking with you tonight,” sings lead guitarist Braeden Lemasters, with an assist on backing vocals from musician/actor Dylan Minnette.

“'Sidelines' has been a song that has meant a lot to us from the start of recording this album, and we are very excited to put it out into the world,” the band tells Billboard. “Also happy to share this lyric video we filmed at one of our favorite places in L.A., Castle Park!”
