Welcome back to Takeover Tuesday, where each week, Billboard taps chart-topping artists and tastemakers to compile their very own playlist exclusive to Billboard's Spotify account. We give the artists free rein to base the list on whatever subject they choose. The only rule? Make it as creative and unique to them as possible.

Irish quartet Picture This released their sophomore album, MDRN LV, on Feb. 15. The post-Valentine's release perfectly aligned with the alt-rock group's love-themed set of tunes, which kicked off with the rocking-yet-heartbreaking lead single, "One Drink," in October.

But MDRN LV doesn't just focus on breakups, as evidenced with Picture This' buoyantly produced MDRN LV track "If You Wanna Be Loved." The album's 12 songs span all stages of a relationship -- including other track titles like "Broken" and "Dance Away With You" -- and experiencing love in today's world. So when it came to choosing a theme for their Takeover Tuesday playlist, naturally the Picture This guys chose to focus on modern love.

The 18-track playlist features classic hits like Maroon 5's "She Will Be Loved" and Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel," as well as love songs from more contemporary artists, like The 1975's "Be My Mistake" and Julia Michaels' "Into You." Picture This' choices also reflect some country influence, as the guys threw in tunes by Jake Owen ("Anywhere With You"), Rascal Flatts ("Yours If You Want It") and even newcomer Steve Moakler ("Jealous Girl").

While most of the songs Picture This selected -- including their MDRN LV track "If You Wanna Be Loved" -- are lighthearted and romantic, some touch on the tough side of love, like Charlie Puth's "BOY" and Maggie Rogers' "Light On." But as frontman Ryan Hennessy puts it, that's exactly what modern love is: "the highs, lows and everything in between."

"It includes the beautiful and destructive sides of what it means to be in love in the modern age," the singer adds of the playlist. "This is modern love. We are modern lovers.”
