Death Cab for Cutie Add New Summer Tour Dates

Alternative rockers Death Cab for Cutie recently announced details for their upcoming summer tour, which begins June 7 in Pittsburgh and concludes Aug. 11 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Opening acts will switch up throughout the tour, including Mitski, Car Seat Headrest, Lala Lala and Jenny Lewis.

Fan and Spotify pre-sales begin Tuesday at 10 am (local); all remaining tickets will be released to the general public on Jan. 25 at 10 a.m. (local). For complete details, fans can visit deathcabforcutie.com.

Friday’s (Jan. 18) announcement follows a previously announced spring North American headline run, kicking off March 29 at The Joint in Las Vegas. Support on this leg will come from My Brightest Diamond.

Death Cab for Cutie has spent much of the past year on the road celebrating their ninth studio album, Thank You for Today, with sold-out headlining shows, benefit concerts and festivals across North America. The full list of tour dates can be found below.
