With Bohemian Rhapsody a solid bet to nab some Oscar noms, hype from the 2018 Queen biopic is extending into the new year, and Los Angeles rockers The Regrettes are doing their part. Today (Jan. 4), the trio shared a cover of Queen's 1979 single "Don't Stop Me Now," promising that the track is part of a still-secret project.

"We did a cover of 'Don't Stop Me Now' for a special secret somethin somethin that will be released very soon," the Regrettes announced via Twitter. The new cover follows the Warner Bros. band's 2018 EP, Attention Seeker.

In a similar vein of Queen homage, Shawn Mendes and Teddy Geiger recorded an acoustic cover of "Under Pressure" and 5 Seconds of Summer took on "Killer Queen" last year.
