Mötley Crüe’s forthcoming biopic, The Dirt, is scheduled to hit theaters on March 22 via Netflix Studios, according to frontman Vince Neil.

Neil dropped the news about the film -- which is based on the ’01 autobiography of the same name -- on Twitter Sunday (Dec. 2). “Wow!!! Just left Netflix offices,” he wrote. “Just saw ‘The Dirt’ movie!! F--kin awesome!! Can’t wait for everyone to see it! Released March 22!! Yea!!!”

Daniel Webber is portraying Neil, Machine Gun Kelly is taking on the role of drummer Tommy Lee, Douglas Booth is playing bassist Nikki Sixx and Iwan Rheon is rounding out the lineup as lead guitarist Mick Mars.

Mötley Crüe announced earlier this year that they recorded four new songs for the film’s soundtrack.
