If it seems you've been waiting forever for Cage the Elephant to drop their next album, the good news is you might not have to wait much longer. The rock band teased the completion of their upcoming record on Monday (Nov. 26), hinting that it's closer than you imagined.

On Twitter and Facebook, they posted, “Record done. Mixed. Mastered,” revving fans up about the news that they've finished work on their next full-length. The rockers additionally retweeted articles discussing the album tease and even shared a post from KROQ radio that says, “Looks like we’re getting new music from @cagetheelephant.”

The band's previous album, Tell Me I’m Pretty, came out in December 2015. They are scheduled to co-headline the Shaky Knees Music Festival alongside Tame Impala, Beck and Incubus in Atlanta, GA in May 2019.
