Hitting all the feels, Snow Patrol paid a visit to the The Late Late Show on Monday night (Nov. 5) with a tear jerking performance of "What If This Is All The Love You Ever Get?" During rehearsals, host James Corden joined his old friends in the band for a lovely duet -- in a sketch where Corden was surprisingly serious and sentimental, after revealing at the top of the show that he, literally, called the group the night before to ask if they were available.

Leaning over the piano with front man Gary Lightbody, the duo sang along to the heartfelt ballad with the Corden's voice softly adding to Lightbody's moving vocal delivery.

For the official performance, Snow Patrol played in a sea of yellow lights that surrounded them as the track's gentle soundscapes invaded the room.

With his silky tenor, Lightbody confessed "Woah, what if this is all the love you ever get?/ Woah, you'd not worry so much about counting your regrets/ Woah, what if this is all the love I'm ever shown/ Woah, I'd not be so scared to run into the unknown/ So you've fallen in love/ So you've fallen apart."
